In practice, the referee fills in the result on a physical match report form, which is then
handed in to the tournament committee. The result can then be processed directly into a handy
overview within the system. This automatically updates standings, results and follow-up
matches. This not only ensures fast processing but also prevents errors and gives the
organisation a constantly up-to-date overview.
Filling in the match report form on paper and handing it in to the tournament committee was an
organisational choice, but the referee can also enter the result digitally by scanning the QR
code on the form.

also giving extra visibility to sponsors. This saves a lot of questions during the tournament,
allowing the organisation to focus on the important matters of the day.
